Relaxing clean hotel and staff was sweet. I liked having a safe box, a minibar and central heating. Free soft drinks at outdoor bar, good service. Reception was wonderful. The property was in a central location very close to the Airport. Everything was good as always...

I enjoyed historic location, very professional staff. Continental breakfast was amazing & consisted of bacon and fresh fruit. Marble-lined bathroom, non-smoking, inviting room. Service was perfect too.

The staff was responsive and we appreciated continental breakfast. Compact double room. Bed was lovely. Very central location, at a near distance from arenal beach. And it was right by a bus station. Scenic views and lovely garden.

cosy, great central property. staff was willing to help and the whole experience was very peaceful. there was plenty of gorgeous meals. perfect location to riu palace. btw, went to city centre, located at a near distance from the hotel. individual customer service provided too.

Facilities were superb, but Wi-Fi was bad.

Brand-new room, exceptionally comfortable bed, rich breakfast. It was nice having a safe, central heating and a work desk. The beach was sandy. Restaurant was at a near distance from the hotel.

The stay was absolutely GREAT. Busy area adjacent to the hotel. There was La Terrazza, max 5 mins walk to, appreciated their meals.
